Bear Fight.
Bear Fight American Single Malt Whiskey was officially released in May 2022. But even before its market launch, it was already attracting international attention: in 2021, it was awarded Double Gold at the New York International Spirits Competition. This was followed by Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2022. Further awards around the globe quickly cemented Bear Fight's reputation as a serious new whiskey brand and representative of the emerging new category of "American Single Malt Whiskey."
In October 2022, Seth MacFarlane, creator of the iconic teddy bear "Ted" and series such as Family Guy, became Bear Fight Whiskey's first major creative investor. It was a perfect match—humor, character, and the courage to be independent came together with a brand that wanted to rethink whiskey.
In the years that followed, Bear Fight Whiskey won over further juries and increasingly established itself as an international whiskey brand with its own unique identity. It was during this phase that the brand claim "What's your Bear Fight?" was created – an invitation to self-reflection, but always with a wink.
In 2024, actor Gabriel Macht, known from the hit series Suits, joined the Bear Fight team as an investor and creative partner. Gabriel brings not only experience from the world of whiskey, but above all passion. And let's be honest: Bear Fight is a much better fit for the "Best Closer" than a classic Macallan.
Because that's what whiskey is all about: passion.
It stands for hard work, pride, honor, tradition—and for the struggles we all face.
Gabriel Macht took up the slogan "What's your Bear Fight?" and translated it into a visually powerful idea: Every day, we fight our own battles—against something, for something, or with ourselves. Defeats and successes are part of life. So why always take everything so seriously? Bear Fight invites us to talk about these struggles—with humor and openness.
With the commercial "What's Your Bear Fight?", the brand achieved another milestone: first place in the New York Times Best Super Bowl Commercials 2025. A bold break with the often elitist tone of classic whiskey advertising – and a clear statement for a new generation of connoisseurs.
Kentucky Reserve Bourbon was released at the end of 2024. Its finish in Reposado tequila barrels gives it a finely balanced combination of sweet and slightly peppery notes. The result: Double Gold at the 2024 SIP Awards and Gold with 95 points at the 2025 New York International Spirits Competition.
Finally, in fall 2025, a limited edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon was released, matured in Calvados and port wine barrels—further evidence of Bear Fight Whiskey's willingness to experiment and its uncompromising commitment to quality.
Bear Fight Whiskey is not a "Scotch-style" whiskey. It is the American answer—with its own identity.

Bear Fight does not want to create divisions—neither between connoisseurs and discoverers nor between tradition and curiosity.
As an American single malt whiskey, Bear Fight respects the artisanal heritage that connoisseurs appreciate.
At the same time, it opens the door to new moments of enjoyment—and creates access for people who are rediscovering whiskey or want a lighter, more contemporary style.
It is accessible, smooth, and harmonious without losing any of its character.
A whisky without dogma: for curious palates, modern connoisseurs, lifestyle drinkers—and for anyone who wants to enjoy whisky not only seriously, but in a variety of ways.
Pure, it impresses with a complex yet balanced flavor profile. Served over ice, it reveals its lightness. In a highball, it surprises. In a cocktail, it unfolds new facets.
Not to break with tradition—but to take it further.
Bear Fight stands for openness and a new way of experiencing whiskey.
We say: Whiskey doesn't have to be heavy to be taken seriously. Bear Fight invites you to rethink—and rediscover.
